Fitting final teeth on the same day as your implant surgery doesn’t allow for swelling to decrease and for appropriate healing. Not allowing for proper healing after dental implant surgery can lead to poorly fitting teeth and gaps. Additionally, receiving your final teeth on the day of surgery does not allow for your feedback on the size, color, fit, and overall appearance of your new smile.
