Dr. Sonia Bennett is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, and completed her surgical training in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery at Highland Hospital/University of the Pacific in the San Francisco Bay area. Dr. Bennett is skilled at treating many conditions of the face and mouth including deformities of the face and jaw as well as performing complex grafting procedures and dental implant surgery.
In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Chicago, Dr. Bennett practices Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Northwest Indiana.
Dr. Bennett is a Diplomate for the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, is a member of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and has volunteered for numerous dental outreach organizations. In her free time, she enjoys riding her horses and spending time outdoors with her husband and two young children.

Dr. Chin received his dental education at the University of Michigan Dental School. He completed his surgical residency at a number of Chicago Hospitals: University of Illinois at Chicago Hospital, Michael –Reese Hospital, West Side Veterans Administration Medical Center, and Cook County Hospital.

Dr. Mo Taheri studied extensively in Toronto and Boston, achieving his B.S in Human Biology at the University of Toronto in 2001. He received his DMD at Tufts University in Boston in 2005 and immediately following that he spent a year in a General Practice Residency in Newark, NJ. After practicing for 2 years, Dr. Taheri decided to return to Tufts to pursue his specialty training in Prosthodontics. He became board certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics in 2011. Dr. Taheri moved back to the Toronto area in 2015 and achieved fellowship with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in 2016.

Dr. Nicolas Zawada is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Nicholas Zawada earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of Kansas in 2006. He received his Master’s in Public Health (MPH) Degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from New York University (NYU) in 2012 and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the New York University School of Medicine in 2016. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at NYU in 2018.
